Service Scope & Definition
Following an initial client meeting to discuss the overall service and specific client requirements, the first step is to define the scope of the service. This focuses on what systems and services need to be included as essential.
Initial Service Setup
This involves the setting up of replicas of the essential client’s systems/servers off-site at Glandore.
Communication Links
The appropriate communication links to the replica systems from the designated backup office location/s are discussed, agreed and implemented.
Data Backup and Software Updates
The following arrangements are agreed and implemented:
- Ongoing software system updates
- Data backup
- Security & encryption methods for data transfer are discussed
Testing
Support is provided for client testing of the service on a regular basis. Additional support is available to assist with further testing, changes etc. as required.
Invocation
Once you contact us to invoke the service we will assist in supporting the implementation of the changeover.
