This involves the setting up of replicas of the essential client’s systems/ servers off-site at Glandore.
Contingency Communication Links
The appropriate communication links to the replica systems from the designated backup office location/s are discussed, agreed and implemented.
Data Backup and Software Updates
The following arrangements are agreed and implemented:
- Ongoing software system updates
- Data backup
- Security & encryption methods for data transfer are discussed
Continuity Plan Testing
Support is provided for client testing of the service on a regular basis. Additional support is available to assist with further testing, changes etc. as required.
Contingency Plan Invocation
